Amazon FBA Carton Labels for China to UAE Sellers

Use the current Seller Central label set

Carton labels should come from the active shipment version, not an older draft. China-to-UAE routing often involves supplier, forwarder, and destination warehouse handoffs, so outdated shipment IDs can create receiving friction even when the physical cartons are correct.

Place labels where handlers can read them

Apply labels on a flat, visible carton face away from seams, straps, and heavy tape. If the cartons will be palletized or overwrapped, confirm that warehouse teams can still scan or inspect the required label information without breaking down the load.

Align labels with packing and booking data

Carton numbers, quantities, gross weight, dimensions, and product references should agree across the labels, packing list, invoice, and booking request. Label accuracy is most useful when the surrounding paperwork tells the same story.

Protect labels through export and destination handling

Use clean print quality and protect labels from abrasion, moisture, and rework at the supplier warehouse. A label that was readable at pickup can become useless after consolidation, airport handling, or UAE destination transfer if it is poorly placed.

Set a relabeling plan before goods move

If Seller Central changes the destination or shipment reference, decide whether the supplier, forwarder, or UAE-side warehouse can relabel. This decision should be made before pickup, not after cartons are already mixed into the freight workflow.

What still needs human review

Sellers should verify current Amazon marketplace and carrier label rules for the exact UAE workflow.
Special cargo, bundled products, and prep-center routing can require additional carton marks beyond the base FBA label.
